SHOBHA YATRA OF KASULA HARAM ON SATURDAY

Tirupati, Feb 21: The ‘Shobha Yatra’ of Sahasra Kasula Mala and Goda Devi Garlands will take place in the temple city of Tirupati on Saturday and Sunday respectively under the aegis of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTDs) in connection with Garuda Seva of Srinivasa Mangapuram brahmotsavams which is slated to take place on the night of Sunday.

Meanwhile the Shobha Yatra of Sahasra Kasulu Mala which is usually decorated during Garuda Seva of Tirumala Brahmotsavams, will commence from TTD Administrative Building by 3pm on Saturday and the procession will be carried out along the streets of Bhavani Nagar, Gandhi Road, Nalugukalla mandapam, Netaji road, Beri Veedhi before concluding in Mahati Auditorium and from there the precious jewel will be carried to Srinivasa Mangapuram in a vehicle amidst tight security.

Similarly the procession of Andal Sri Goda Devi floral garlands commences by 6am on Sunday and reach Srinivasa Mangapuram temple. Both the jewel and garlands will be used during the procession of Garuda Seva of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy on Sunday.
