SPECIFIC GUIDELINES TO DONATE THROUGH INTERNATIONAL DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS

TIRUPATI, MARCH 6, 2017: To enhance dharmic and spiritual consciousness among the youth, the SVBC should come out with an interesting programme with half an hour slot, said, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

The weekly review meeting took place in the chambers of TTD EO on Monday with all the senior officers of Tirupati. Instructing the SVBC authorities, the EO said, the youth should be educated on the importance of Hindu Sanatana Dharma and for this there is need to design exclusive programs. He also wished the SVBC and Sapthagiri magazine of TTD to display and print some 30 important slokas from Bhagavat Gita and should be popularised among the youth and children.

The EO called up on the officials concerned to make arrangements for ensuing Vontimitta Brahmotsavams in a big way. “The Engineering Wing should complete all the pending works. A committee headed by Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar will visit the temple and see the arrangements by next week. Even the ongoing annual brahmotsavams in Upamaka should also be performed in a big way with a special focus on Kalyanam, as heavy devotee turn out is being anticipated”, he added.

The CDs and books available with TTD should be distributed to Hindu temples located in foreign countries, if they come forward to bear transportation charges. Similarly, the books and CDs should be distributed to famous mutts also”, he maintained.

Adding further the EO said, the guidelines to donors should be frequently popularised on SVBC and Sapthagiri. “Specific guidelines need to be framed for International credit and debit cards donations”, he added.
