SRI GT TEPPOTSAVAM POSTERS RELEASED

Tirupati 27 January 2017: The annual teppotsavams posters of Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temple were released by TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao along with Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar on Friday. Temple DyEO Smt Varalakshmi was also present.

Releasing the posters in his chambers in Tirupati, the EO said, the annual seven-day float festival will be observed between February 4-10 in Sri Govindaraja Swamy Pushkarini located in Tirupati.

Every the celestial float event takes place between 6pm and 8pm. On first day, the Lord takes ride as Kodanda Rama Swamy while on second day as Sri Parthasaradhi Swamy, on third day as Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy, fourth day as Sri Krishna Swamy along with Andal and in last three days as Sri Govinda Raja Swamy with Sri Devi and Bhu Devi.
