SRI GT THEPPOTSAVAM_ SRI PARTHASARATHY SWAMY

Tirupati, 5 February 2017: On day 2 of Sri Govindaraja swamy Teppotsavam, Sri Parathasarathy swami was taken out on a float in the evening at 7pm to 8pm and the devotees were enthralled in the divine, colorful and glittering spectacle on the four mada streets of the Sri GT.

The celestial float carrying the presiding deity went around five times giving the devotees an eyeful of darshan. On Monday, the third day of the event, the float will carry the utasava idols of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara swamy. The artisans of the HDPP, Annamayya Project and Dasa Sahitya Project organised a bevy of cultural events and bhakti music for the benefit of the devotes.

Among others the DyEO Smt P Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Prasad Murthy Raju and other TTD officials participated.
