SRI SATHYA SAI SEVA CENTRAL TRUST TO TRAIN SRIVARI SEVAKS

Tirumala, 19 March 2016: TTD Executive Officer Sri D Sambashiva Rao said today that all the Srivari Sevaks will be given special training in serving devotees for a period of six months by the experts of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Central Trust.

Announcing the decision after a meeting with the representatives of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Central Trust. The EO said the effort was to improve the quality of service of Srivari Sevaks who were now deployed at various locations – Darshan, accommodation, Anna Prasadam etc to facilitate the devotees and make their visit to Tirumala both memorable. Besides training every day, Srivari Sevaks will also be trained in performing Bhajan activities also, he said.

Dr Sambashiva Rao said the representatives of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Central Trust will visit all the locations at Tirumala and Tirupati for three days to study the service rendered by the Srivari Sevaks and provide suggestions and tips to improve them.

Prominent among those who participated in the meeting were president of Sri Sathya Sai Seva (Central Trust, (AP and Telangana) Sri Chalam, All Projects Spl Officer Sri N. Mukteswara Rao, Chief Engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, FA & CAO Sri Balaji, Addl CV& SO Sri Shivakumar Reddy, Chief Medical Officer Sri N Vikas, PRO Dr T.Ravi, Annaprasadam DyEO Sri Venugopal and others.

The representatives of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Central Trust also called on the Tirumala JEO Sri K S Sreenivasa Raju and discussed on the challenges in training the Srivari Sevaks and steps to improve their service to devotees at Tirumala and Tirupati.
