SRI TT GEARS UP FOR YET ANOTHER BIG FETE

Tirumala, 12 December 2016: The annual karthika parva deepotsavam will be observed in the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala on December 13.

The entire temple is lighted with ghee lit natural lamps including 600 pramidalu, 25 numbers of Mukullu, 25 numbers of Arakamchatlu small and 5 numbers of big ones for the illumination purpose.

The main temple, sub-shrines appear to be glittering in this ghee lamps in addition to the beauty of moon light rays that emerge out from full moon on the pleasant evening of Tuesday.

TTD has cancelled Vasanthotsavam and Sahasradeepalankara Seva on this auspicious occasion.
