SRI VENKATESWARA TEMPLE OPENS ON A RELIGIOUS NOTE IN NATION’S CAPITAL _ న్యూఢిల్లీలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయం 16 ఏళ్ల నిరీక్షణ: తితిదే పాలకమండలి అధ్యకక్షులు శ్రీ కనుమూరి బాపిరాజు
NEW DELHI, MAY 29: The newly constructed Lord Sri Venkateswara temple opened in a ceremonious way in the nation’s capital city in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Constructed in 1.17acres in Udyan Marg at a cost of Rs.11.5 opened amidst the chanting of vedic mantras, homam(Havan) by temple priests with religious aplomb.
Speaking on this occasion with media persons, TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri Kanumuru Bapiraju said, it is indeed a pious moment to open a temple of Lord Venkateswara in the country’s capital city. “The dream has come true after 16 long years”, an excited Mr Bapiraju said
Adding further he said very soon a temple of Lord will come up in the historical city of Kurukshetra. Later he complimented the donor Mr Nirmal Sethia for his largessee. The Chairman recalled that veteran South Indian actress, Ms Kanchana has donated several crores worth land to TTD some years ago. “Devotion knows no bounds as the philanthropists are coming forward to donate for the construction dhyan mandirs and temples of Lord Venkateswara in many parts of the country which is a welcoming gesture”, he noted.
The TTD board chief said, TTD is contemplating to begin Nityannaprasadam (free distribution of food) soon in this temple also on the lines of Tirumala. “There will be spiritual discourses and cultural programmes every day in the meditation hall. We are also planning to invite the seers and pontiffs of various mutts across the country to stay a day in this meditation hall during the auspicious Dhanurmasa (holy month which usually occurs between December 16 to January 15). He said Dhyan Mandir will be inaugurated on Thursday, May 30 and invited the locals to take part in the spiritual and cultural programmes.
Meanwhile there will be spiritual discourse on Sri Mad Bhagavatam and Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavam by renowned scholar Sri Mallapragada Srimannarayana on May 29th and 30th between 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

తిరుపతి, మే 29, 2013: పదహారేళ్ల నిరీక్షణ అనంతరం న్యూఢిల్లీ నగరంలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయ నిర్మాణం జరగడం ఎంతో ఆనందంగా ఉందని తితిదే పాలకమండలి అధ్యకక్షులు శ్రీ కనుమూరి బాపిరాజు వెల్లడించారు. న్యూఢిల్లీలోని శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో బుధవారం ఆయన విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆలయ నిర్మాణ దాత శ్రీ నిర్మల్‌ సేథియకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. ఇదివరకే చెన్నై నగరంలో సీనియర్‌ నటి కాంచన కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ఆస్తులు తిరుమల శ్రీవారికి విరాళంగా అందించినట్టు వివరించారు. త్వరలో కురుక్షేత్రలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయం నిర్మించనున్నామని, దీనికి భక్తుల నుండి విశేష స్పందన లభిస్తోందని తెలిపారు. జూన్‌ 4న కన్యాకుమారిలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి భూమిపూజ జరగనుందని, అక్కడ ఆలయ నిర్మాణం చేపట్టేందుకు దాతల నుండి మంచి స్పందన వస్తోందని ఆయన సంతోషం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
వీలైనంత త్వరలో ఢిల్లీలోని శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో నిత్యాన్నప్రసాద వితరణకు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. ప్రతిరోజూ తిరుమలలో లాగానే ఇక్కడ కూడా సంగీత, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు ఏర్పాటుచేసేందుకు కృషి చేస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పారు. ఇక్కడి ఆలయం పక్కన గల ధ్యానమందిరంలో ఏర్పాటుచేసిన పెద్ద ఆడిటోరియంలో ప్రతిరోజూ ఆధ్యాత్మిక కార్యక్రమాలు, ప్రవచనాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్టు వివరించారు. ధనుర్మాసం నెలలో దేశంలోని ప్రముఖ స్వామీజీలను ఆహ్వానించి ఇక్కడ ఒకరోజు బసకు వీలు కల్పిస్తామని తెలిపారు. కాగా గురువారం ధ్యానమందిరం ప్రారంభం కానుందన్నారు. భక్తులు శ్రీవారి దర్శనం చేసుకుని ఆడిటోరియంలో కార్యక్రమాలను వీక్షించాలని ఆయన విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
అంతకుముందు స్వామివారి విగ్రహాల ప్రాణప్రతిష్ఠ కార్యక్రమాన్ని సంప్రదాయబద్ధంగా అత్యంత భక్తిశ్రద్ధలతో నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర ప్రాణప్రతిష్ఠ, శ్రీ మహాలక్ష్మి, శ్రీ గోదాదేవి, శ్రీ గరుడాళ్వారుల ప్రాణప్రతిష్ఠ చేశారు. అనంతరం మంగళాశాసనం, వేదాది శాత్తుమొర, శ్రీ మద్రామాయణ శ్రీ భాగవత శ్రీభాష్యం, శ్రీ గీతాభాష్యం, గీతాశాస్త్ర విష్ణుపురాణం, విష్ణు సహస్రనామ పారాయణ విన్నపం, అష్టమంగళ దర్శనం నిర్వహించారు. సాయంత్రం 5.00 గంటలకు శ్రీమల్లాప్రగడ శ్రీమన్నారాయణతో ప్రవచన కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది. మొదటిరోజే వేలాది మంది భక్తులు ఆలయానికి విచ్చేసి స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.
