SRINIVASA KALYANAM IN TTD TAKEN OVER TEMPLE AT VONTIMITTA ON FEB 28

ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS BY TTD FOR THE GRAND CELESTIAL MARRIAGE

Tirupati, 27 February 2016: Over the directives of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao the TTD officials have all set to conduct Srinivasa Kalyanams in a big way in the famous ancient temple of Lord Sri Rama at Vontimitta in Kadapa district on Sunday between 6pm and 8:30pm.

Elaborate arrangements including stage decoration, pandals, floral decorations, electrical illuminations have been set up in Narvakatapalle which is located nearby Vontimitta temple.

Meanwhile under the instructions of Honourable AP CM Sri N Chandrababu Naidu, TTD is organising the celestial marriage of Lord as the first major religious event after the temple being taken over by it. Hence the divine wedding of deities has been considered as a prelude to Sri Rama Navami fete which is to be observed in the month of April.
