“SRIVARI SEVA SHOULD BECOME ROLE MODEL TO OTHER VOLUNTARY SERVICES”-TIRUMALA JEO

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju advocated that the “Srivari Seva” voluntary service of TTD should become a role model to other voluntary service wings across the world.

Addressing a huge gathering of Srivari Sevakulu at Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Thursday, Tirumala JEO said, the Srivari Seva voluntary service has been started by TTD in the year 2000 with a noble aim to offer free services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims with fellow pilgrims with the Principle Hindu Dharmic motto “Manava Seve Madhava Seva which means Service to Mankind is Service to God”.

He called upon the Srivari sevakulu to spread this noble concept of voluntary service in their respective areas and strengthen the service to further new heights.

He also said TTD has also decided to construct a massive five storied complex exclusively for Srivari Sevakulu at an estimated cost of Rs.70crores which will be coming up in the next couple of years in Tirumala.

He asked the sevaks to make use of this golden opportunity provided to them to serve the fellow pilgrims with discipline, dedication and devotion.

Meanwhile over 3500 Srivari Sevakulu hailing from Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Nanded apart from Andhra Pradesh attended the meeting.

Additional CVSO Sri Shiva Kumar Reddy, SE II Sri Ramesh Reddy, TTD PRO Sri T Ravi, Assistant PRO and OSD Srivari Seva Ms P Neelima were also present.
