“SRIVARI SEVAKULU SHOULD SET AN EXAMPLE IN SERVICE DURING PUSHKARAMS”-TTD

Rajahmundry, 4 July 2015: TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao on Saturday called upon the local Srivari Seva volunteers who are set to render free services to multitude of visiting pilgrims during Pushkarams in Rajamundry to stand as an example to others through their impeccable services.

Addressing Srivari Seva volunteers in Ttd kalyana Mandapam in Rajamundry, who are selected for rendering services to tens of thousands of pilgrims during Pushkarams the EO said, Godavari Maha Pushkarams 2015 is rare and mega religious event where the Srivari sevakulu can showcase their service skills. “You have proved to be the best in service with your excellent services in Tirumala. We expect the same dedication, devotion and discipline in you when you are discharging services in your allotted areas during Maha Pushkarams”, he maintained.

Earlier, Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju said, about 600 odd Sevakulu have come forward to render services to scores of pilgrims at Municipal Grounds, Subramanya Maidanam, Arts College Grounds, Kovvuru, Rajamundry, Pushkarghat etc. for Annaprasadam distribution and pilgrim crowd management. “We are confident that you all will reach our expectations in offering services to pilgrims during Pushkarams”, he maintained.

Later TTD Public Relations Officer and HoD of Srivari Seva wing Dr T Ravi said, the sevakulu will be given identity cards by the TTD vigilance sleuths and they will have to discharge duties only in the areas where they are allotted. “We are sure that your selfless services will enhance the reputation of the institution”, the PRO added.
