STREAMLINE THE QUEUE SYSTEM WHILE RELEASING COMPARTMENTS AND NEAR VENDI VAKILI

Tirumala, 5 Apr. 19: The devotees who called up the TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal sought him to streamline the queueline system while releasing the compartments for darshanam and also at Vendivakili.

The EO attended to 14 callers in a span of one hour during Dial your EO programme held at Annamaiah Bhavan on Friday in Tirumala.

A caller smt Aruna from Warangal sought EO for measures to stream line the queue system. Please engage security personnel while releasing compartments as pilgrims are even jumping the gates, she urged. Answering the pilgrim caller, EO said he will instruct the vigilance sleuths to be more attentive.

Caller Sri Venkat Rao and Sri Madhusudhan from Hyderabad sought EO to train seva volunteers to serve the food in a proper manner without wastage. To which the EO answered they will be trained in a better way with video documentary.

Sri Venkata Sunil from Nellore and smt Kalavati from Bengaluru urged EO to provide nearer darshanam to aged persons in stead from Jaya-Vijaya point.

EO said in the wake of increasing rush, it ia not possible and suggested to open for special days for privileged category for darshanam.

Another caller Sri Dilip from Chennai brought to the notice of EO that the vendors are selling snacks at exorbitant rates in compartments. The EO reacting to the caller said that it is illegal to sell outside products and vigilance will be instructed to enhance their vigil.

Smt Deepa from Ooru sought EO to play Pidikiti Talambrala Pelli kooturu song after the completion of Kalyanotsava seva to which EO responded that he negotiate with concerned.

Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham, SVETA Director Sri Muktheswara Rao, Chief Engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, ACVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, SEs Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Sri Venkateswarlu, GM Sri Sesha Reddy, Spl Officer Annaprasadam Sri Venugopal and other Officers were present.
