Tirumala, 19 Jul. 16: To enhance transparency and to enable more number of pilgrims to procure accommodation in Tirumala, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao has instructed the IT wing, Vigilance and PRO departments to jointly take up a survey on overstaying pilgrims.
The issue came to the notice of the top official of TTD during the weekly review meeting with senior officers of Tirumala at Annamaiah Bhavan.
Instructing the PRO Dr T Ravi, the EO said, the survey should include the details of pilgrims who have been over staying in Tirumala rest house over three days and above.
MASS RECTIFICATION
The EO also directed the FMS DyEO Sri Veerabrahmam to take up “Mass Rectification” on the lines of mass cleaning in all 7050 rest houses in Tirumala soon.
CC CAMERAS IN PAC 3
For the better safety of women volunteers as well to improve supervision, the TTD EO directed the Chief Security Officer Sri Ravindra Reddy to install CC cameras soon in PAC 3. He also instructed the PRO to maintain the data of Scouts and Guides also along with srivari Sevakulu.
EXTRACT BEST SERVICES FROM VOLUNTEERS
Later the EO instructed all HoDs including Deputy EOs of temple, reception, kalyanakatta, special officer Annaprasadam to formulate do’s and don’t s of respective departments to PRO to properly train Sevakulu in order to extract much better services from them.
AADHAR MANDATED FOR ANGA PRADAKSHINA
The instructed the IT wing to execute the Aadhar mandated system for issuing anga pradakdhina tokens in a proper manner.
VERTICAL GARDENS IN MTVAC IN AUGUST
After the successful erection of vertical gardens over the Prahari of Srivari temple, the Garden wing is set to make similar arrangements in MTVAC by August first week.
Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji and other senior officers were also present.
