Tirumala, 24 Nov. 19: Tirumala temple to remain closed for nealy 13 hours on December 26 following Sampoorna Surya Grahanam.
As the solar eclipse commences at 8.08am and concludes by 11:16am, as a tradition, the temple doors will be closed on December 25 by 11pm itself and will be opened at 12noon on December 26.
After the suddhi and other rituals, the darshan will commence to the pilgrims only after 2pm onwards. The devotees are requested to make note of these changes and plan their pilgrimage accordingly.

తిరుమల, 2019 న‌వంబ‌రు 24: సూర్యగ్రహణం కారణంగా డిసెంబ‌రు 25, 26వ తేదీల్లో రెండు రోజుల్లో క‌లిపి 13 గంటల పాటు తిరుమల శ్రీవారి ఆలయం తలుపులు మూసివేయనున్నారు.
డిసెంబ‌రు 26న గురువారం నాడు ఉదయం 8.08 గంటల నుండి ఉదయం 11.16 గంటల వరకు సూర్యగ్రహణం ఉంటుంది. ఆలయ సంప్రదాయం ప్రకారం ఆరు గంటల ముందుగా అనగా డిసెంబ‌రు 25న బుధ‌వారం రాత్రి 11 గంటలకు శ్రీవారి ఆలయం తలుపులు మూస్తారు. డిసెంబ‌రు 26న గురువారం మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంటలకు ఆలయం తలుపులు తెరిచి ఆలయశుద్ధి అనంత‌రం మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటలకు భ‌క్తుల‌కు స‌ర్వ‌ద‌ర్శ‌నం ప్రారంభ‌మ‌వుతుంది. భ‌క్తులు ఈ విష‌యాల‌ను గ‌మ‌నించాల‌ని కోర‌డ‌మైన‌ది.
