SWAMY PUSHKARINI TO BE CLOSED FROM AUGUST 1 TO AUGUST 30

Tirumala, 31 July 2014: In view of the Annual Srivari Brahmotsavams from September 26 to October 4 this year, TTD will take up the renovation works of Swamy Pushkarini from August 1.

Usually during every brahmotsavams TTD takes up these works which will last for about month and this year the renovation works will be from August 1 to August 30. The pilgrims will not be allowed to take bath in Pushkarini till that period. Alternate arrangements have been made by TTD for the sake of pilgrims to have bath on western side of the holy temple tank. The TTD has also cancelled Pushkarini harathi till this period. The pilgrims are requested to take note of these changes and cooperate with TTD management.
