TDP SUPREMO OFFERS PRAYERS IN SRIVARI TEMPLE

TIRUMALA, MAY 19:  TDP Supremo and to be sworn in Chief Minister of Seemandhrapradesh Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu offered prayers in the temple of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala on Monday.

Mr Naidu made his entry through Vaikuntham queue complex along with his wife Smt Bhuvaneshwari and son Sri N Lokesh and other party aides. He was accorded warm welcome by the TTD Chairman Sri K Bapiraju, TTD EO Sri MG Gopal, JEO Tirumala Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju and others at the entrance of the temple.

Later the chief priest of Tirumala Dr AV Ramana Dikshitulu explained him about the significance of various jewels adorned to Lord Venakteswara and also about kshetra mahatyam. In Ranganayakula Mandapam the vedic pundits offered him

Vedasirvachanam and TTD Chairman, EO and JEO presented him prasadams lamination photo of Lord.

Addressing media persons outside temple after darshan Mr Naidu said, he prayed Lord to bless him with enough strength to develop the state in all fields (after bifurcation). He said, being the world renowned Hindu temple, he will focus on maintaining sanctity of the temple.

CVSO Sri Srinivas, Temple Dy E O Sri C Ramana were also present.
