TIRUMALA JEO REVIEWS ON TUMBURU TEERTHA MUKKOTI

Tirumala, 7 April, 2017: As Tumburu Teertha mukkoti is scheduled for April 11, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju instructed all the HoDs to make necessary arrangements for the same.

The review meeting was held in his chambers in Gokulam Rest House in Tirumala on Friday evening.

The JEO speaking to officials aaid, though its not an official program of TTD, as thousands of pilgrims have been taking part in this fete from the past few years, TTD has been making required arrangements of food distribution, supply of water sachets etc.to pilgrims.

“As this year, the temperatures are touching high, the engineering wing should arrange water pipe line in tge forest path enroute to teertham. The TTD vigilance and security along with police, forest and fire deparent officials should provide the security arrangements needed”, he added.

The JEO also informed the officialsnto utilise the services of srivari sevakulu to guide pilgrims. ” Announcements in Telugu and Tamil should be made at regular intervals to properly guide the devotees”, he instructed the Radio and Broadcasting wing.
