TIRUMALA JEO REVIEWS ON VANAM – MANAM

Tirumala, 28 July 2016: As the prestigious state government mass plantation programme Vanam-Manam is taking place on July 29 across the state, the Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju reviewed with the HoDs of Tirumala on modalities of execution of programme on behalf of TTD also at various places in Tirumala on Friday.

The review meeting was held at Annamaiah Bhavan on Thursday. The Jeo said TTD trust board chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy and EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao will commence the programme at Sri Gandha Vanam by 10 am on Friday and later they pave visit to all places of plantation programme where the employees, police and Srivari Seva volunteers are involved.

The JEO instructed Deputy Director of Forests Sri Sivaram Prasad to make necessary arrangements like diggings pits, keeping ready the saplings, watering mechanism etc. In earmarked places.

Later he instructed the HoDs to carryout the programme in their designated areas with staffs without disturbing the temple routine staff members.

Meanwhile the plantation programme will be taken up in a massive way at Paruveta Mandapam, Goshala, Mullakunta, Medaramitta, SVBNR school premises, Bata Gangamma Gudi area, Papavinasanam road, behind RBRH etc. Where the engineering, Vigilance, Reception, Kalyanakatta, Temple, Annaprasadam, Health, Garden and wings participate.
