TIRUMALA JEO REVIEWS WITH RECEPTION OFFICIALS

Tirumala, 30 December 2015: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Wednesday evening reviewed with Reception wing officials of TTD over the arrangements to be made for the ensuing New Year which is just a day away.

Reviewing in Rama Raju Nilayam Rest House in Padmavathi Area in Tirumala he directed the officials and staff of Reception wing to execute their duties and responsibilities with more efficiency while allotting accommodation to general pilgrims and with more proficiency while dealing with protocol VIPs in their designated areas. He said there should not be any scope for any sort of confusion or hindrance while discharging their duties.

Later he also inspected the earmarked areas for different categories of protocol VIPs and also verified the list with the IT wing and Estate officials.

Reception Wing DyEOs Sri Kodanda Rama Rao, Sri Harindranath, Smt Jhansi Rani, OSD Sri Lakshmi Narayana Yadav, GM Transport and IT Wing Head Sri Sesha Reddy, Estates Officer Sri Balakrishna and other reception staffs were also present.
