TIRUMALA JEO VISITS MUSEUM

Tirumala, 9 May 2016: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Monday inspected the museum at Tirumala

The Chief Museum Officer Dr PV Ranganayakulu explained the JEO about the ongoing developmental works in the four galleries.

Meanwhile the first gallery comprised of the historical events portraying the rich heritage of Tirumala, the second with the vahanams put on display belonging to Tirumala, Tiruchanoor and Sri Govindaraja Swamy temples, third with the ancient sculptures and the last gallery holding the Daru replicas of Tirumala, Tiruchanoor and Tirupati temples.

The JEO instructed the engineering officials to complete the ongoing developmental works within two to three months. He also directed them to develop a mini auditorium similar to the one placed in Compartment number 25 in VQC in the dhyan mandir to display the documentary on the rich heritage of Tirumala.
