TIRUMALA, 03 NOVEMBER 2022:: In connection with Chandra Grahanam [Lunar Eclipse] on November 8, the Tirumala temple doors will remain closed for almost 12 hours and TTD has dispensed with all types of darshans and arjita sevas on that day.
On the day of Chandra Grahanam on November 8, which is scheduled between 2:39 PM to 6:19 PM, the temple doors will be closed by 8:40 AM and re-opened by 7:20 PM.
TTD has cancelled, VIP Break Darshan, SRIVANI Trust, Rs.300/- SED, SSD tokens and also the Arjitha Sevas such as Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Sevas on these two days. All the privileged darshans including Senior citizens, Physically Handicapped, and parents with infants, NRIs, Defence Personnel etc. also remains cancelled.
Only Sarva Darshan pilgrims are allowed for darshan after the re-opening of temple doors, through VQC-II.
Usually, during Grahanam days, cooking will not be done till the eclipse is released. The Annaprasada Bhavan will also remain closed till the completion of eclipse.
TTD has appealed to devotees from across the country as well overseas to make a note of these things on November 8 and plan their pilgrimage accordingly to Tirumala to avoid inconvenience.

తిరుమల, 2022 నవంబరు 03: తిరుమల శ్రీ‌వారి ఆల‌యంలో నవంబరు 8న చంద్రగ్రహణం కారణంగా 12 గంటల పాటు శ్రీ‌వారి ఆల‌య తలుపులు మూసివేస్తారు. బ్రేక్ దర్శనం, శ్రీ‌వాణి, రూ.300/- ప్ర‌త్యేక ప్ర‌వేశ దర్శనం, ఇత‌ర ఆర్జిత సేవ‌ల‌ను టీటీడీ రద్దు చేసింది.
గ్రహణం కారణంగా నవంబరు 8వ తేదీ తిరుప‌తిలో జారీ చేసే ఎస్ఎస్‌డి టోకెన్లు రద్దు చేశారు. గ్రహణ సమయం ముగిసిన తర్వాత వైకుంఠం -2 నుండి మాత్రమే భ‌క్తుల‌ను అనుమ‌తిస్తారు.
నవంబరు 8న మంగ‌ళ‌వారం మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 2.39 గంటల నుండి సాయంత్రం 6.27 గంటల వరకు చంద్రగ్రహణం ఉంటుంది. ఈ కారణంగా ఉద‌యం 8.40 నుండి రాత్రి 7.20 గంట‌ల‌కు శ్రీ‌వారి ఆల‌య తలుపులు మూసి ఉంచుతారు.
సాధారణంగా గ్రహణం రోజుల్లో గ్రహణం తొల‌గిపోయే వరకు వంట చేయరు. తిరుమ‌ల‌లోని మాతృశ్రీ త‌రిగొండ వెంగ‌మాంబ అన్నప్రసాద భ‌వ‌నం, వైకుంఠం క్యూ కాంప్లెక్స్ ఇత‌ర ప్రాంతాల్లో కూడా అన్నప్రసాద వితరణ ఉండ‌దు. తిరిగి రాత్రి 8.30 గంటల నుండి భక్తులకు అన్నప్రసాద వితరణ ప్రారంభమవుతుంది.
కావున భ‌క్తులు ఈ విషయాన్ని గమనించి, అసౌకర్యానికి గురికాకుండా త‌మ తిరుమల యాత్రను తదనుగుణంగా రూపొందించుకోవాల‌ని టీటీడీ మ‌రోసారి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తోంది.
