TIRUPATI JEO REVIEWS ARRANGEMENTS FOR SIVARATHRI

TIRUPATI, FEB 24:  The TTD JEO of Tirupati Sri P Bhaskar on Monday reviewed the on going arrangements for the big religious occasion of Maha Sivarathri which is slated to take place on 27th of this month in the Lord Shiva temple in Kapilateertham.

Reviewing the arrangements in the Kapileshwara Swamy temple, he has instructed the various heads of the departments not to compromise on the arrangements especially on security and sanitation fronts as the auspicious day witnesses tens of thousands of pilgrims and local devotees thronging the temple from dawn to desk.

He also inspected the vehicular diversion and parking areas and directed the vigilance officials to see that no inconvenience is caused to the devotees. He also directed the sanitation officials to keep the premises of temple tank clean and tidy.

The JEO instructed the engineering officials to provide necessary barricading to see that no untoward incident take place inspite of heavy influx of devotees.

Outside temples Dy EO Sri Balaji, SE I Sri Sudhakar Rao, CCF Sri Ravikumar and other officials were also present.
