TIRUPATI JEO REVIEWS ON VONTIMITTA BTUs ARRANGEMENTS

Vontimitta, 10 March 2017: As the annual brahomotsavams in Vontimitta is scheduled from April 5 to April 14 with Ankurarpanam on April 4, Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar has reviewed the ongoing arrangements for the big fete in the temple premises in YSR Kadapa District on Friday.

During the meeting the JEO reviewed department wise arrangements including temple, archakas, utsava vidhi, the ongoing works for the construction of PAC at a cost of Rs.3.69cr, land scape gardening to be developed at Kalyana Vedika and in the surroundings of temple etc. for the ensuing annual brahmotsavams. “As over 680 employees are being deployed for this fete, necessary arrangements should be made for them”, the JEO directed the concerned.

“On April 5, Dhwajarohanam, April 8 Hanumantha Vahanam, April 9 Garuda Vahanam, April 10 Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam, April 11 Rathotsavams are some the most important days during the nine day fete. So elaborate security arrangements should be made in co-ordination with the district administration and police to see that the pilgrims devotees are not put any sort of inconvenience”, he added.

The JEO said, the EO may convene meeting on March 25 or 26 and all the pending works should be completed before the date. The HDPP should select the best artistes to perform for the fete. The LED screens, illumination, floral decorations should provide added attraction to this mega religious fete”, he maintained.

CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, SE Sri Ramulu, EE Sri Krishna Reddy, DFO Sri Sivaram Prasad, DyEO Sri Subramanyam were also present.
