TTD CHAIRMAN HIGHLIGHTS TTD ARRANGEMENTS FOR KRISHNA PUSHKARAM

Vijayawada, 11 August 2016: TTD chairman Dr C Krishnamurthy said today that the TTD has made elaborate arrangements including Anna Prasadam and darshan of Lord Venkateswara at Model temple at Vijayawada for benefit of Krishna Pushkaram pilgrims.

The Chairman thanked the Chief Minister for granting adequate space for setting up the model Srivari temple in the heart of Vijayawada. He said during the course of the Pushkaram all daily rituals will be performed at the model Srivari Temple as per Agama shastras.

He said that every day a procession from the model temple will visit the Pushkara ghat and bless the Krishnamma with Pushkara harati on behalf of Lord Venkateswara. A four lane queue system and also daily anna prasadam at the temple were the other salient features of the TTD’s activities at the Pushkaram, he said .
