TTD CHAIRMAN INAUGURATES COLD STORAGE BLOCK IN TTD MARKETING GODOWN

Tirupati, 19 September 2016: TTD Chairman Dr Chadalawada Krishnamurthy today inaugurated the cold storage block in the TTD marketing gowon complex at Tirupati.

Speaking on the occasion he said the cold storage was useful to preserve the crucial ingredients of srivari prasadam and annaprasadam – jaggery, dry mirchi etc which would be purchased during season and preserved for use.

He said the two storeyed cold storage with a capacity of 55 tonnes spread over 2452 sq feet was built at a cost of Rs one crore and can be expanded to another two floors in future.

He appealed to media to made the Brahmotsavam a grand success.

Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar said that the cold storage would be useful in providing quality annaprasadam to devotees by safekeeping quality commodities.

TTD Trust board members Dr P Hariprasad, Sri Bhanuprakash Reddy, Sri AV Ramana, Dr Bala veeranjaneyulu, Sr Arikala Narsa Reddy, Chief engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, SEs Sri Ramesh Reddy and Sri Ramulu participated.
