TTD DHARMIC ACTIVITIES ENHANCE SPIRITUAL ZEAL AMONG DEVOTEES-DEPUTY CM OF AP

Tirupati, 27 July 2014: The Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, Sri KE Krishna Murthy on Sunday advocated that the spiritual programmes organised by TTD invoke the spiritual zeal not only among the urban masses but also in the rural areas.

Addressing the Traimasika Metlotsavam ceremony organised under the aegis of TTD Dasa Sahitya Project in Tirupati on Sunday evening, the Deputy CM who took part in the shobha yatra said the programmes of this type will not only enhance the spiritual values among the devotees but also invoke the devotion among the youth. “The Dasa Sahitya Project is an example for this since many youth and children render Dasa Sankeertans with spiritual ecstasy”, he added.He called upon the employees and management of TTD to conduct more such programmes and become role model for other Hindu religious institutions in the country”, he maintained.

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said, the spiritual programmes mulled by TTD is not only to propagate Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Cult but also to preserve and promote the values of Hindu Sanatana Dharma.

Earlier shobha yatra has been performed from Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temple to III Chowltry. Over 3000 Dasa Sahitya Bhajan devotees took part in this spiritual programme.

Dasa Sahitya Project Special Sri Ananda Teertha Charyulu organised the relgious event.

Tirupati Legislator Sri M Venkatramana, former MLA Sri Ch Krishna Murthy and others were also present.
