TTD EO ANNOUNCES Rs.5 LAKSH EX-GRATIA

Tirumala, 15 Jun. 14: The TTD Executive Officer Sri MG Gopal on Sunday announced an ex-gratia of Rs.5lakhs to the family of the deceased hawker who died accidentally on Saturday.

An unauthorised hawker, Gajendra(26) in a bid to escape from the eyes of TTD security sleuths, has fallen down from the wall at VQC II complex and succumbed to head injury on Saturday.

TTD EO along with Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju inspected the site of the incident. Later he said, an enquiry is on to look into the incident. Expressing condolences to the family of the deceased, he announced an ex-gratia of Rs.5lakhs to the bereaved family.
