Tirumala, 17 December 2017: The unique experiment of TTD to provide time slot tokens for Sarva Seva Darshan devotees also and save them huge waiting time in the Vaikuntam queue complex is all set to commence tomorrow, December18.
TTD Executive officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal who went around the counters and gave a last finishing touch for infrastructure said the issue of tokens on the basis of the time slot for free darshan will commence tomorrow at 8AM in the morning.
Sri Singhal who went around the counters set up various vantage points at Tirumala near bus stand, CRO and Kalyana Katta said that all devotees desiring of free darshan on time slots could get tokens by displaying their Aadhar cards.
On Sunday evening he inspected the SSD counters at Nandakam rest house and RTC bus stand etc. along with Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju to check the preparedness of the systems and TTD employees manning them on a 24×7 basis and gave valuable suggestions.
Speaking on the occasion the EO said that daily about 16,000 to 20,000 devotees opted for Rs 300 ticket darshan and about 20,000 to 35,000 devotees came on the footpath for Divya Darsan. However, there were about 50,000 to 75,000 devotees who came or Sarva Seva darshan and waited in the long queue lines of VQC.
He said based on devotees feedback for Sarva darshan devotees the TTD had launched the time slot and token system for Sarva Darshan devotees as well.
He said two senior officials under the guidance of Tirumala JEO had struggled for two months to set up the infrastructure for SSD counters and system for issuing tokens with time slots for Sarva darshan devotees. On a pilot basis for six days from Monday, Dec 18-23, the system of SSD will be operated and corrections, if any, will be included when the SSD time slot system will be made fully operational from March 2018.
The EO said with the innovative system of SSDs the devotees need not wait for long in the Vaikuntam queue complex but after getting tokens they can go around Tirumala visiting all Thirthams and pilgrim places. If they report at the Divya Darshan counters at the prescribed time slot, TTD is organing the systems to give them darshan of Lord Venkateswara within 90 minutes (1-1/2 hours).
The EO said by March 2018, such SSD counters will be set up at Railway station and Bus stands in the temple town of Tirupati also for convenience of the Devotees so that they could also visit the local temples in the pilgrim town before coming to Tirumala for Lords darshan.
EXTENSIVE PUBLICITY AND PROPAGANDA FOR SSD SYSTEM
On the directions of the EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, the TTD has launched an extensive publicity and propaganda at Tirumala and Tirupati for the new timeslot system of Sarva darshan to spread awareness among devotees on the new facility for darshan of Lord Venkateswara. It has put up signboards at Tirumala indicating locations of time slot counters and also giving them information on the public address system throughout day and night on how to approach the SSD time slot counters for tokens.
The TTD has also organized teams of Srivari Sevaks at the Alipiri checkpoint to explain the new system to devotees with aid of handbills in five Indian languages- Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and English. The SVBC channel of the TTD and other publicity channels are also utilized to educate the devotees regularly throughout the day to approach the SSD time slot counters for Sarva seva darshan, he said.

తిరుమల, 2017 డిసెంబరు 17: సర్వదర్శనం భక్తులకు నిర్దేశిత సమయంలో శ్రీవారి దర్శనం కల్పించేందుకు తిరుమలలో అమలుచేయనున్న ప్రయోగాత్మక సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం విధానానికి ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తయినట్టు టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ తెలిపారు. డిసెంబరు 18న సోమవారం ఉదయం 6 గంటల నుంచి సర్వదర్శనం కౌంటర్లలో టోకెన్లు జారీ చేస్తామని, భక్తులు ఆధార్‌ కార్డు చూపి టోకెన్లు పొందాలని కోరారు. ఈవో ఆదివారం తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజుతో కలిసి తిరుమలలోని నందకం విశ్రాంతిగృహం, ఆర్‌టిసి బస్టాండు ప్రాంతాల్లో కౌంటర్ల పనులను పరిశీలించి అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ రూ.300/- ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశ దర్శనం భక్తులు రోజుకు 15 వేల నుంచి 20 వేల మంది, నడకదారి భక్తులు రోజుకు దాదాపు 20 వేల మంది కలిపి సరాసరి 35 వేల మంది భక్తులు నిర్దేశిత సమయంలో స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకుంటున్నారని తెలిపారు. ఈ క్రమంలో సర్వదర్శనం భక్తుల ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం విధానానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టినట్టు వివరించారు. ఇందుకోసం తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు ఆధ్వర్యంలో సీనియర్‌ అధికారులు 2 నెలల పాటు శ్రమించి ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించినట్టు తెలిపారు. సోమవారం నుంచి 6 రోజుల పాటు ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా టోకెన్లు మంజూరు చేస్తామని, ఈ విధానంపై భక్తుల నుంచి అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించి లోటుపాట్లను సవరించుకుంటామని చెప్పారు. మార్చి నెల నుంచి పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం విధానాన్ని అమలుచేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. ఈ విధానం ద్వారా భక్తులు కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్లలో వేచి ఉండాల్సిన అవసరం లేకుండా తిరుమలలోని తీర్థాలు, ఇతర దర్శనీయ ప్రదేశాలను సందర్శించవచ్చని, నిర్దేశిత సమయానికి దివ్యదర్శనం కాంప్లెక్స్‌ వద్దకు చేరుకుంటే ఒకటిన్నర గంటలోపే స్వామివారి దర్శనం కల్పిస్తామని తెలియజేశారు. మార్చి నెల నాటికి తిరుపతిలోని రైల్వేస్టేషన్‌, బస్టాండు తదితర రద్దీ ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శనం కౌంటర్లు ఏర్పాటుచేసి భక్తులు స్థానికాలయాలను సందర్శించే అవకాశం కల్పిస్తామన్నారు.

సమయ నిర్దేశిత సర్వదర్శన విధానంపై భక్తులకు అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నట్టు ఈవో తెలిపారు. తిరుమలలోని అన్ని ప్రధాన ప్రాంతాల్లో సర్వదర్శనం కౌంటర్లను తెలియజేసేలా సూచికబోర్డులు ఏర్పాటుచేశామని, భక్తులందరికీ అర్థమయ్యేలా రేడియో బ్రాడ్‌కాస్టింగ్‌ విభాగం ద్వారా నిరంతరాయంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. అలిపిరి చెక్‌పాయింట్‌ వద్ద వాహనాల్లో వస్తున్న భక్తులకు శ్రీవారి సేవకుల సాయంతో ఐదు భాషల్లో ముద్రించిన కరపత్రాలు పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నామని వివరించారు. ఎస్వీబీసీతోపాటు ఇతర ప్రసార మాధ్యమాల ద్వారా బాగా ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
