TTD EO REVIEWS YSR KADAPA DISTRICT OFFICIALS ON VONTIMITTA BRAHMOTSAVAM

Vontimitta, 1 April 2017: As the annual brahmotsavams in Vontimitta is scheduled between April 4-14, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao along with YSR Kadapa District officials and HoDs of TTD reviewed on the arrangements on Saturday in Kalyana vedika premises in Vontimitta.

Later speaking to media he said, ” As a part of this annual fete, On April 5, Dhwajarohanam, April 8 Hanumantha Vahanam, April 9 Garuda Vahanam, April 10Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam, April 11 Rathotsavams are some the most important days. So elaborate security arrangements will be made in co-ordination with the district administration and police to see that the pilgrims devotees are not put any sort of inconvenienceā€, he added.

The EO said, as tens of thousands people are expected to take part in kalyanam on April 10 elaborate arrangements will be made for the occasion. Honourable Governor Sri ESL Narasimhan, Chief Minister Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu will also take part in this fete. The devotees will be provided prasdam, butterilk packets and also talambralu. For this we have set up 100 counters and deploying 1000 srivari sevakulu “, he added.

Elaborating further, the EO said, LED screens, illumination, floral decorations will be set up in a grand manner than previous year and Hindi Dharma Prachara Parishad of TTD will arrange special devotional programs for the fete”, he added.

The EO informed that sofar over Rs.13.5cr worth development works have been carried out while TTD has sent anothet Rs10.7cr worth works to Archaeological Survey of India for their nod.

Police bundobust, additional APSRTC buses, extra water arrangements will be made in coordination with district management, EO said.

Earlier he had darshan of Lord Sri Kodanda Rama andand also inspected the Pilgrim Amenities Complex under construction which will be get ready in another 15 days.

District Collector Sri Satyanarayana, SP Sri Ramakrishna, other district officials, TTD Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, other HoDs were also present.
