TTD LOCAL TEMPLES GETS NEW LOOK FOR NEW YEAR

Tirupati, 30 December 2016: The local temples under the umbrella of TTD have geared up to welcome pilgrims for New Year Darshan on January 1 on Sunday.

The temples of Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy at Srinivasa Mangapuram, Sri Padmvathi Ammavaru in Tiruchanoor, Appalaygunta Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy, Sri Kodanda Ramalyam, Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temples are prominent among those who donned new look with pandals, floral decorations and rangolis attracting pilgrim devotees.

On the other hand the other important temples located at different part of the district including Karvetinagaram Venugopalaswamy, Narayanavanam, Nagulapuram, Kosuvaripalle, Tarigonda etc. attained an “All New Look” for the new year.

Besides the local temples, the TTD taken over temples including Chandragiri Kodanda Ramalayam, Upamaka, Vontimitta, Tallapaka Chennakeswava Swamy temple, Jammalamadugu Sri Narapura Venkateswara Swamy temple also spruced up for the big event in the new year.

TTD has made elaborate arrangements of erecting pandals, special queue lines, barricades etc. to meet the pilgrim rush in these temples with necessary security measures.
