TTD MOBILE APP AS “CALLER TONE” – TTD EO

Tirumala, 18 Apr. 17: With an intention to bring more awareness among the pilgrim devout over the “Govinda Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams” the TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao has instructed the concerned to keep the mobile app utility procedure as Caller Tone.

The weekly review meeting was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday. During the review meeting the EO instructed the PR, SVBC, Radio and Broad Casting departments to give wide publicity about the mobile app in their respective media. “We have designed one of the best possible mobile apps. So far 60thousand downloads were done for the app. This should reach more number of people. For this initially introduce this app as caller tone to our call centre numbers and later on to office numbers to give more publicity”, he instructed IT wing and TCS.

Later he instructed the engineering wing to set up a grill cover or strong mesh in the four identified risky areas in Tumburu Teertham in co-ordination with Forest Department.

The EO appreciated the services of Annaprasadam wing for distributing 70 thousand butter milk packets on Saturday and Sunday which is twenty thousands more than what was planned and asked them to work with same spirit till Junje.
Over extending the privileges to the Firms after the expiry of their 20 years period, the EO asked Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji and CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy to evolve a policy soon.

The EO also instructed the departments concerned to find out a mechanism to dispense with physicla photo copy of any document for accommodation, srivari seva and darshan purpose.
