TTD PRESENTS SILK VASTRAMS TO SRI RANGANATHA SWAMY TEMPLE

Tirupati, 2 December 2014: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams DyEO Sri Rama Rao has silk vastrams to Sri Rangam Temple. Its usual practice, the temple administration of TTD has presented silk vastrams to Lord Sri Ranganatha Swamy of Sri Rangam temple on Tuesday.

From the past two decades TTD has been presenting the vastrams to this famous temple located in Tamil Nadu on the auspicious occasion of Kaisika Ekadasi on Tuesday. To reciprocate the offerings made by TTD, the Sri Rangam Devasthanams offers silk vastrams to Srivari during Anivara Asthanam day at Tirumala every year.

His Holiness Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan (Andavan), Chief Pontiff of Srirangam Srimadh Andavan Ashramam, Joint Commissioner/EO of Sri Rangam Temple Sri Jayaraman, Bokkasam incharge of Srivari Templ Sri Gururaja Rao, Temple Priests of Sri Vari Temple and others were present.
