TTD REVIEWS ON ITS INVESTMENTS IN VARIOUS BANKS

Tirupati, 16 June, 2016: The Investment Committee under the Chairmanship of TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao has reviewed the investments made in banks by TTD.

The meeting was held in the chambers of TTD Executive Officer in the administrative building in Tirupati on Wednesday.

The committee expressed satisfaction over the highest rates at which the investments were invested in the banks. Apart from this the committee also reviewed on the gold deposits made by TTD. It was also advised to immediately explore the investments with the banks for a period of one year or three years, which quotes the highest rate of interest for the gold which is readily available for investment.

The committee also discussed on the avenues to explore where in the corporates can participate in various services of TTD under Corporate-Social Responsibility.

The other members in the investment committee included Smt Ranjana Kumar-Former Vigilance Commissioner and Former Chairman Indian Bank, Sri Vepa Kamesam-Former Deputy Governor RBI and former MD SBI, Sri K Narasimhamurthy-Former Director IDBI Bank, Sri O Balaji Additional FACAO of TTD and Sri Ravi prasadu, CAO of TTD.
