TTD SET TO STRENGTHEN SEVAKULU, BHAJAN TROUPES FOR LOCAL AND OUT SIDE TEMPLES

TIRUPATI, 29 Apr. 16: The temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is all set to strengthen the volunteers, bhajan troupes and vedaparayanamdars locally for the temples which are under the umbrella of TTD to utilise their services as and when needed.

In this connection a review meeting was held in the chambers of Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar in his chambers on Fridayevening. The JEO discussed in length with the help of the route map about the TTD out side temples within the district and outside including Narayanavanam, Srinivasa Mangapuram, Appalayagunta, Chandragiri, Upamaka, Anantavaram, Vontimitta, Pithapuram etc. with the HoDs of various temples, Srivari Seva, Higher Vedic Studies and HDDP.

He instructed the departments concerned to come with an action plan to utilise the services of the volunteers, bhajan troupes and vedaprayanamdars in the near by places of the respective temples, so that TTD can utilise their services during the festivals, annual religious events and dharmic activities of those temples.

DyEOs Sri C Ramana, Sri Venkataiah, Sri Dhananjayulu, Smt Munilakshmi, Smt Varalakshmi, PRO Dr T Ravi, Special Officer Higher Vedic Studies Sri Govindarajan were also present.
