STEPS BEING TAKEN TO IMPROVE SKILLS AND PROVIDE PROMOTION TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES: TTD EO SRI MUDDADA RAVI CHANDRA
Tirupati, October 31, 2026: TTD Executive Officer Sri Muddada Ravichandra said that all TTD employees will be provided training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve their professional skills and enhance the efficiency of services to devotees. He also said that steps are being taken to provide promotions to all eligible employees.
The EO was speaking at a felicitation programme organised by the TTD Employees Welfare Department at Mahati Auditorium in Tirupati on Saturday to honour 29 employees who retired from service. He inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
The EO said employees must upgrade their skills in line with changing technology. Training will be provided with the support of experts from reputed institutions such as IITs and ICAR. The use of AI in official work will help employees complete tasks faster and deliver better services to devotees.
RETIRED EMPLOYEES’ EXPERIENCE IS VALUABLE
The EO urged retired employees to share their experiences, important incidents and best practices with serving employees. Their knowledge and experience would guide future generations and help improve the quality of TTD services.
He appreciated the valuable contribution of employees to TTD’s development and service to devotees. He wished the retired employees a happy, peaceful and healthy life with their families.
29 RETIRED EMPLOYEES FELICITATED
On the occasion, the 29 retired employees were honoured with shawls and presented with Srivari Laddu Prasadam. Vedic scholars blessed them with Vedic benedictions.
Special pujas were performed to the presiding deity before the programme commenced.
TTD JEO (Education and Health) Sri Prabhala Gopinath, Additional FA and CAO Sri Ravi Prasad, Deputy EO Sri Anandaraju, retired officials, employees’ union representatives, employees, family members of retired employees and students participated in the programme.

తిరుపతి, 2026 అక్టోబరు 31: టీటీడీలో సుదీర్ఘకాలంగా సేవలందిస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ (ఏఐ) సాంకేతికతపై శిక్షణ అందించనున్నట్లు టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ముద్దాడ రవిచంద్ర తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగుల వృత్తి నైపుణ్యాలను పెంపొందించడంతోపాటు, అర్హులైన ఉద్యోగులందరికీ పదోన్నతులు కల్పించేందుకు తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
తిరుపతిలోని మహతి ఆడిటోరియంలో టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమ విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలో శనివారం 29 మంది పదవీ విరమణ పొందిన ఉద్యోగులకు సామూహిక సన్మాన కార్యక్రమం ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఈవో జ్యోతి ప్రజ్వలన చేసి ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, మారుతున్న సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానానికి అనుగుణంగా ఉద్యోగులు తమ నైపుణ్యాలను మెరుగుపరుచుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు. ఇందుకోసం ఐఐటీ, ఐసీఏఆర్ వంటి ప్రముఖ సంస్థలకు చెందిన నిపుణులతో ఉద్యోగులకు శిక్షణ ఇప్పించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఏఐ సాంకేతికతను విధుల్లో వినియోగించుకోవడం ద్వారా తక్కువ సమయంలో మరింత సమర్థవంతంగా పనిచేసి, భక్తులకు నాణ్యమైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంటుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
పదవీ విరమణ ఉద్యోగుల అనుభవాలు భావితరాలకు అమూల్యం
టీటీడీలో సుదీర్ఘకాలం విధులు నిర్వహించిన ఉద్యోగులు తమ సేవా కాలంలో ఎదుర్కొన్న అనుభవాలు, ముఖ్యమైన సంఘటనలు, విధి నిర్వహణలో అనుసరించిన ఉత్తమ పద్ధతులను ప్రస్తుత ఉద్యోగులతో పంచుకోవాలని ఈవో సూచించారు. వారి అనుభవాలు భవిష్యత్తు తరాల ఉద్యోగులకు మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలుస్తాయని, తద్వారా టీటీడీలో సేవల నాణ్యత మరింత పెరుగుతుందని అన్నారు.
టీటీడీ అభివృద్ధిలో, భక్తులకు సేవలందించడంలో ఉద్యోగుల కృషి ఎంతో విలువైనదని కొనియాడారు. పదవీ విరమణ అనంతరం ఉద్యోగులు తమ కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో కలిసి సుఖసంతోషాలతో, సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యంతో ప్రశాంతమైన జీవితం గడపాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
29 మంది పదవీ విరమణ ఉద్యోగులకు ఘన సన్మానం
అనంతరం పదవీ విరమణ పొందిన 29 మంది ఉద్యోగులను శాలువాలతో ఘనంగా సత్కరించి, శ్రీవారి లడ్డూ ప్రసాదాలను అందజేశారు. వేద పండితులు వారికి వేద ఆశీర్వచనం అందించారు.
అంతకుముందు స్వామివారికి ప్రత్యేక పూజా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించి సన్మాన కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు.
