TTD TRUST BOARD RESOLUTIONS
TIRMALA, April 26, 2016: The TTD Trust Board under the Chairmanship of Dr Ch Krishnamurthy on Tuesday has taken some important resolutions. Some excerpts of the board meeting:
TEMPLE WORKS:
➢ Rs.18crores towards the construction of Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple in Banjara Hills
➢ Rs.72 lakhs towards the preparation of Gold Shatagopam in Sri TT. TTD Trust Board Special invitee Sri C Ramachandra Reddy has also come forward to contribute his part towards the making of one Shatagopam, said Dr Ch Krishnamurthy.
➢ Rs.3.86cr towards the preparation of new Mutyapupandiri and Sarvabhupala vahanams
ENGINEERING WORKS:
➢ Construction of Kalyana Mandapam and PAC in Vontimitta at a cost of Rs.4.60cr
➢ Construction of Kalyana mandapams in Chintalur and Lepakshi of Anantapur district at a cost of Rs.1.25cr each
➢ Construction of new Operation Theatres and other developmental works at a cost of Rs.7.08cr in BIRRD and Rs.4.80cr in SVIMS towards the construction of wards, bio-medical laboratories etc.
➢ Sanction of Rs.6.7cr towards the construction of Annaprasadam Complex in Tiruchanoor
➢ Rs.4cr towards Parakamani or Treasury hall adjacent to TTD building
➢ Sanction of Rs.35lakhs towards the completion of pending works of
Kalyana Mandapam in Sri Swayambhu Timmappa Swamy temple at Mehaboobnagar district.
➢ Construction of Pushkarini in Sri Guddam Ranganatha Swamy temple in Hindupur at a cost of Rs.55lakhs
MARKETING WORKS:
➢ Procurement of 20 lakhs kilos of cow ghee for a period of six months at a cost of Rs.66.42crores with each kilo at a cost of Rs.332.10Ps.
➢ Procurement of 8000 tins of gingerly oil for a period of a year at a cost of Rs.1.18cr with Rs.1485 per kilo
➢ TTD garnered a revenue of Rs.4.57crores in the month of February and RS.23.19cr in the month of March in the e-Auction of human hair
➢ Procurement of vessels from SAIL, Salem at a cost of Rs.30.75 lakhs
OTHERS:
➢ TTD is set to perform Srinivasa Kalyanam in Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple on May 22 in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya
➢ Ramanuja Sahasrabdi to commence from May 10 onwards and Ramanuja Ratha Sancharam to be taken on a procession covering all the 106 Vaishnava Divya Desams in the country. The programme to last till May next.
➢ Extension of potu contractors and also Sulabh international for another year
➢ Rs.25cr to the State Government proposed common fund towards the payment of salaries to Archakas and other employees
