TTD VIGILANCE SLEUTH HONESTY
Tirumala, 19 August 2015: In an act of displaying efficiency and honesty,TTD Vigilance helped a pilgrim to get back his missing bag containing huge cash in Tirumala temple on Wednesday evening.
The unclaimed bag was found by rope party sleuth (home guard) Sri T Annadurai near Vendi Vakili. Later a devotee by name Sri M Chiranjeevi, 35years, after completing Rs.300 Darshan in the evening slot, found his cash bag missing and complained at Bio-metric.
Meanwhile, after the issue was brought to the notice of Sector I AVSO Sri Sai Giridhar, he immediately took the initiative and made announcement with regard to the unclaimed bag through Radio and Broad Casting department.
After proper identification and verification, in front of Bio-metric CCTV, the bag which contained a huge cash of Rs.66,290 was handed over to its owner.
The pilgrim also thanked, AVSO Sri Giridhar, VI Sri Arumugam, Jamedar Sri Babu and Home Guard Sri Annadurai for their honesty.
