UNION MINISTER OF STATE FOR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY OFFERS PRAYERS IN TIRUMALA SHRINE

Tirumala, 2 April 2017: The Union Minister of State for Science & Technology, Earth Science Sri Y.Sujana Chowdary offered prayers in the temple of Lord Venkateswara on Sunday morning.

At the entrance of the Srivari temple he was accorded warm welcome by TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

Later they offered prayers to the presiding deity of Lord Venkateswara, Vakula mata, Ananda Nilayam Vimana Venkateswara, Bhashyakarla Sannidhi and Yoga Narasimha Swamy in the Sanctum Sanctorum. After offering prayers the Vedic Pundits rendered Vedasirvachanam, TTD Chairman and EO handed over Sri Vari Prasadam and Lords Photo to the Union Minister at Sri Ranganayakula Mandapam inside Sri Vari Temple.

DyEOs Sri Rama Rao, Sri Haridranath, OSD Sri Lakshminarayana Yadav and other officials were also present.
