Tirumala, 15 July 2026: TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary has appealed to devotees to book Srivari Darshan, accommodation, Arjitha Sevas, and other services only through the official TTD website.
He advised devotees not to fall prey to false propaganda circulated through social media platforms, unauthorized websites, or middlemen. He cautioned that some fraudsters are exploiting the faith of devotees by creating fake websites and collecting money through illegal means, and urged devotees to remain vigilant against such scams.
He stated that all official information regarding Srivari Darshan, accommodation, Seva bookings, ticket releases, availability of cancelled tickets, details of various Darshan categories, and current waiting time is regularly updated on the official TTD website. He also said that authentic information is continuously being disseminated to devotees through SVBC.
For any queries related to tickets, devotees may contact the TTD Call Centre at 155257, where complete and authentic information will be provided.
He further advised devotees never to transfer money to middlemen or unauthorized persons under any circumstances and not to believe their claims.
If any middlemen, agents, or unauthorized persons approach devotees in the name of bookings, devotees are requested to immediately inform the TTD Vigilance Complaint Cell at 9866898630. He warned that strict legal action would be initiated against such offenders.
Reiterating TTD’s commitment to transparency in Srivari services and the safety of devotees, Sri C.H. Venkaiah Chowdary urged devotees to avail all TTD services only through official channels.
