VAIKUNTHA TRIYODASI OBSERVED IN KRT

Tirupati, 10 January 2017: The celestial Vaikuntha Triyodasi was observed with religious ecstasy in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati on Monday.

Generally all Vaishnavaite Temples observe Vaikunta Ekadasi and Vaikunta Dwadasi in a huge way, but in the Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple, Vaikunta Trayodasi is equally important.

The ceremony was observed with religious passion in Tirupati on January 10.
A temple fair named as ‘Gangundram Mandapa Utsavam’, was also observed on Monday which was emerged in 1993 when SV Pushpavalli of Tirupati had donated an amount of Rs.10,000 towards Trust Fund in the memory of her husband late SV Bhashyam for organizing the ceremony to Lord Rama at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple in Tirupati.

Meanwhile on January 12, Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam and Astottara Sata Kalasabhishekam will be observed in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamytemple.
