VEDAPARAYANAM RECITATION IN CHENNAI INFO CENTRE EVERY DAY

Tirupati, 11 April 2016: For the well being of the entire humanity and for good rains, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao instructed the HDPP officials to consult with Vedic Scholars and come out with an appropriate date to conduct Varuna Yagam and Saraswathi Yagam.

During the review meeting with senior officers in his chambers on Monday in TTD administrative building in Tirupati, the EO instructed the SV Higher Vedic officials to see that the Vedaparayanam and Divya Prabandha Parayanam be recited every day in Information Centre at Chennai. He also instructed the officials concerned to set up RO water to the centre for the sake of devotees.

He instructed the SVBC officials to design qualitative programmes that will enhance the glory of Lord Venkateswara and propagate the great works of saint poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya.

Later the EO discussed on the summer relief measures taken up by the engineering wing of TTD in the locals temples. He also instructed the officials to set up signages with toll free and call centre numbers so that if any forest fire break up in Tirumala Ghat road or in forests, the pilgrim could able inform on these numbers immediately.

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, Special officer all projects Sri N Muktheswara Rao, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri O Balaji and other officers were also present.
