TTD EO INSPECTS THE SITE OF AMUSEMENT GARDEN

Tirumala, 2 September 2016: After successfully erecting the vertical gardens near the main temple in Tirumala, the garden wing of TTD is now coming up with yet another innovative, novel concept of Vertical Mural Gardens in Tirumala, the first of its kind in the country, under the instructions of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

In connection with this conceptual gardens, TTD EO along with Garden Deputy Director Sri Srinivasulu inspected the site in Tirumala on Friday.

Meanwhile this unique gardens consisting of colourful foliage and flowers with spiritual concepts including Srivaru, Shanka, Chakra and Ananda Nilayam is coming up opposite Lepakshi and filter house points and will get ready by this month end and is a special attraction for annual Brahmotsavams.

A Bengaluru based garden designing expert and donor Sri Kalidasu has come forward to set up this natural gardens which he had witnessed in France about seven years ago. This vertical mural garden will be set up on permanent basis at a cost of Rs.10 lakhs on donation basis.
