WARANGAL TRIBES HAD THE BLESSINGS OF LORD

Tirumala, 29 July 2014: About 250 tribes who came from the remote villages in the district of Warangal had the blessings of Lord Venkateswara on Tuesday.

These tribes were led to the holy hill shrine by Sri Peetham (Kakinada) pontiff Sri Paripoornanda Swamy.

TTD has made elaborate arrangements of darshan to these tribal devotees. Speaking on this occasion in Asthana Mandapam, the pontiff said, many tribes acorss the state are willing to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara. “Such people need to be encouraged to stop conversions. Thanks to the TTD EO and JEO for making arrangements of darshan and laddu prasadams to these devotees who hail from remote tribal areas of Warangal. Our peetham along with a Hyderabad NGO Shruti Foundation is encouraging such people to have darshan”, he added.
