Tirupati, 08 January 2024: TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy said that it is indeed a record of its sorts for TTD providing house sites to almost all its employees at the lowest cost.
Participating as Chief Guest during the second edition of distribution of house site pattas to 2009 employees held at the Mahati auditorium in Tirupati on Monday the TTD Chairman challenged if critics show that anywhere in the world if house sites were provided free of cost their employees then TTD will also do the same.
He said it was unfair that some vested elements and media houses were making uncalled-for allegations and criticisms on TTD in spite of its good work and selfless service to employees and devotees of Sri Venkateswara.
He said on his past appeals as Chairman of TTD only that former honourable AP Chief Minister late Sri YS Rajasekhar Reddy had announced on the same platform in 2009 the sanction of land for house sites to TTD employees.
He said the present honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy had readily agreed when he was reminded about the assurance given by his father. He said the CM was even ready to give house sites free of cost to TTD employees. However, upon the legal advise the house sites are being allotted now at a nominal cost to not only employees but also retired employees and pensioners soon.
He complimented the EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, District Collector Sri Venkataramana Reddy, JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi and Sri Veerabrahmam and others who pushed the project wholeheartedly.
He said he was glad that the collector had taken the initiative to procure 250 acres of land at Pogali village in Yerpedu mandal to provide house sites to retired employees and pensioners in the third phase.
The TTD trust board has also sanctioned ₹87.50 crore towards the project with the special interest shown by the EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, he added.
While other governments and CMs made empty promises, he urged the TTD employees and their families to take note that only the present government and the board have fulfilled the decades-old pending dream of employees to become a reality.
Speaking on the occasion the EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said the employees should keep aside their assumptions and misunderstandings on the validity of house sites as these are the regular government lands without any pending courts cases which the TTD had purchased and given to its employees.
He said by month end the TTD will take the acquisition of the 450 acres of government land near Yerpedu and distribute to pensioners and retired employees in the third phase.
He appealed to employees to serve the Srivari devotees wholeheartedly and beget the blessings of Sri Venkateswara.
JEO Sri Veerabrahmam said the credit for providing house sites to thousands of TTD employees goes to the honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy who all arrived for the welfare of employees. Soon another 4000 sites will be given house sites, he added.
Thereafter the house sites for 1703 employees were given away by the Chairman and EO to the employees in the second phase.
JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi and CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, DLO Sri Veeraju, CE Sri Nageswar Rao and others were present.
Speaking on the occasion the TTD employees’ representatives said they were grateful to honourable AP CM Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and will remember their contributions throughout their life.

తిరుపతి, 2024 జనవరి 08: దేశంలో ఏ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగికీ లేనివిధంగా అతి తక్కువ ధరకు ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఇళ్లపట్టాలు ఇచ్చిన ఘనత టీటీడీకే దక్కుతుందని టీటీడీ ధర్మకర్తల మండలి అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ భూమన కరుణాకరరెడ్డి తెలియజేశారు. ఉద్యోగులకు తన చేతులమీదుగా ఇంటిపట్టాల పంపిణీ జరగడం పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతమన్నారు. టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు రెండో విడత ఇంటి పట్టాల పంపిణీ పండుగ కార్యక్రమం సోమవారం ఉదయం తిరుపతి మహతి ఆడిటోరియంలో వేడుకగా జరిగింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా విచ్చేసిన శ్రీ కరుణాకర రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటి స్థలాల పంపిణీ పై కొంతమంది విమర్శలు చేశారని, ప్రపంచంలో ఎక్కడైనా ఉద్యోగులకు ఉచితంగా ఇంటి స్థలాలు మంజూరు చేసినట్లు చెబితే తాము కూడా ఉచితంగా ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటి స్థలాలు ఇవ్వడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామన్నారు .
ఉద్యోగులకు మేలు చేయాలనే ఏకైక లక్ష్యంతో నిస్వార్ధంగా చేస్తున్న ఈ కార్యక్రమంపై కొంతమంది వ్యక్తులు, కొన్ని మీడియా సంస్థలు ఆరోపణలకు దిగడం మంచిది కాదన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులకు మేలు చేయాలనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే ఈ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని ఆయన చెప్పారు. 17 సంవత్సరాల క్రితం తాను టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ గా ఉన్న సమయంలో అప్పటి ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ వైయస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డిని కలిసి ఉద్యోగుల ఇళ్ల స్థలాల విషయమై చర్చించినట్లు చెప్పారు. తన ఒత్తిడి వల్లే ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటిస్థలాలు మంజూరు చేసినట్టు 2009లో శ్రీ వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి ఇదే వేదిక మీద తెలియజేశారని ఆయన గుర్తు చేశారు.
ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఇంటి స్థలాలు ఇప్పించే విషయం గురించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిని తాను సంప్రదించినప్పుడు ఆయన ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఉచితంగా ఇంటి స్థలాలు ఇద్దామని చెప్పారన్నారు. అయితే చట్ట ప్రకారం ఇందులో కొన్ని ఇబ్బందులు ఎదురవుతున్న కారణంగానే నామమాత్రపు ధరతో ఉద్యోగులకు, రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులందరికీ కూడా ఇంటి పట్టాలు మంజూరు చేయడానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి అంగీకరించారన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని సాకారం చేయడంలో ఈఓ శ్రీ ధర్మారెడ్డి, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ శ్రీ వెంకటరమణారెడ్డి, జేఈవోలు శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి, శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం, ఇతర కార్యనిర్వాహకవర్గం తనకు చేదోడు వాదోడుగా ఉండి ముందుకు నడిపించారని ఛైర్మన్ అభినందించారు.
మూడో విడతగా రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులు, మిగిలిన ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఇంటిస్థలాలు ఇవ్వడం కోసం ఏర్పేడు మండలం పాగాలి వద్ద 350 ఎకరాల భూమి టీటీడీకి ఇవ్వడంలో జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ వెంకటరమణారెడ్డి కృషి కూడా అభినందనీయమన్నారు. ఇందుకోసం ధర్మకర్తల మండలి సమావేశంలో 87 కోట్ల 50 లక్షల రూపాయలు మంజూరు చేయించడంలో ఈవో ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ వహించారన్నారు. తాను పేరు కోసం కాకుండా బాధ్యతతో ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని చిత్తశుద్ధితో నిర్వహిస్తున్నానన్నారు. తాను రాజకీయాల్లో ఉండడం వల్లే ఎమ్మెల్యేగా, ఛైర్మన్ గా అయ్యానని, ఈ పదవులు రావడం వల్లే పేదల కోసం, ఉద్యోగుల కోసం తాను నిస్వార్ధంగా పనిచేయగలుగుతున్నానని ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఎన్నో ప్రభుత్వాలు ఉద్యోగుల ఇళ్ల స్థలాల విషయం గురించి చూస్తాం, చేస్తామని చెప్పారు కానీ చేసింది మాత్రం శ్రీ వైయస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ వైయస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అని ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని ఉద్యోగులు, వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఎప్పుడూ గుర్తుంచుకుని కృతజ్ఞతగా ఉండాలన్నారు.
టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ఏవి.ధర్మారెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ ఇళ్ల స్థలాలకు సంబంధించి ఉద్యోగులు ఎలాంటి అపోహలు పెట్టుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదన్నారు. ఇది పూర్తిగా ప్రభుత్వ భూమి అని, టీటీడీ సొమ్ము చెల్లించి కొనుగోలు చేసి ఉద్యోగులకు అందిస్తోందని, కోర్టు కేసులు ఉండవని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఏర్పేడు వద్ద ఈ నెలాఖరు లోపు 450 ఎకరాలను ప్రభుత్వం నుండి స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని మూడో విడతలో రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులకు, ఉద్యోగులకు అందిస్తామన్నారు. శ్రీవారికి భక్తులంటే ఎంతో ప్రేమని, వారికి ఉద్యోగులు మరింత అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించాలని ఈవో కోరారు. భక్తులకు ఎంత మెరుగ్గా సేవలందిస్తే అంతగా భగవంతుని ఆశీర్వాదం లభిస్తుందన్నారు.
జేఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం మాట్లాడుతూ చరిత్రలో ఎన్నడూ లేని విధంగా ఒక్కసారిగా ఇన్ని వేల మంది ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటిస్థలాలు అందించిన ఘనత ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ వైఎస్.జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి, ఛైర్మన్ శ్రీ భూమన కరుణాకరరెడ్డి, ఈవో శ్రీ ధర్మారెడ్డికి దక్కుతుందన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులకు మేలు చేయాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో పాలకమండలి అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ కరుణాకరరెడ్డి, ఈవో శ్రీ ధర్మారెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలో అధికార యంత్రాంగం పని చేస్తోందన్నారు. త్వరలోనే 4 వేల మందికి పైగా ఉద్యోగులకు, రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటిస్థలాలు అందజేస్తామని చెప్పారు.
అనంతరం ఛైర్మన్ శ్రీ భూమన కరుణాకరరెడ్డి, ఈవో శ్రీ ధర్మారెడ్డి చేతులమీదుగా ఉద్యోగులకు ఇంటిస్థలం పత్రాలను పంపిణీ చేశారు. మొత్తం 1703 మందికి రెండో విడతలో ఇంటిస్థలాలు పంపిణీ చేశారు.
