SUMMER ARRANGEMENTS UNDERWAY-TTD CHAIRMAN
TIRUMALA, 27 MARCH 2023: As the peak summer vacation rush is being witnessed in Tirumala from April 15 to July 15, TTD has contemplated to reduce VIP break, SRIVANI, tourism quota, virtual sevas, Rs.300/ darshan tickets while giving high priority to ordinary devotees, said TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.
Addressing media persons over the summer arrangements TTD Chairman along with the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy briefed the media at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Monday.The arrangements as follows:
The VIPs are requested to reduce referral letters during these three peak months so that the common devotees get a chance to have a quick darshan without having to wait for a long time
Divya Darshan will be resumed on a trial-basis at Alipiri and Srivarimettu footpath routes from 1st of April onwards for a week.
There are more than 7500 rooms in Tirumala that could accommodate nearly 40 thousand pilgrims out of which about 85 percent of the rooms have been reserved for common devotees. Recently introduced face recognition technology has increased transparency in the allotment of rooms enabling more number of devotees to easily get them accommodation.

Annaprasadam will be served at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex, PAC 2, 4, Vaikuntham compartments, queue lines, food courts in Tirumala.
Kalyanakattas works round the clockCoolamt cem will be applied at all the vital congregation points during hot summer season.
Buffer stock of laddus will be kept ready
Senior officers will be drafted for supervisory works to ensure smooth conduct of darshan to the multitude of visiting devotees during the peak summer season.
