Tirupati, 24 February 2022: TTD JEO (Health and Education) Smt Sada Bhargavi directed TTD welfare wing officials to conduct meetings regularly in coordination with the liaison officers to resolve the issues of employees.
Addressing a review meeting with all HODs at the conference hall of TTD administrative building on Thursday evening the JEO said she will address a meeting with employees in the month of March.
Speaking on the occasion the TTD JEO said the issuance of health cards to regular employees is almost completed and asked officials to finish the process within a week.
Among others she said all pensioners will get smart cards by March end and directed the officials to prepare a yearly calendar of training programs for improving skills of all employees, daily monitoring of the activities of TTD educational institutions and officials asked to plan programmes for the year and process the file in advance to organize the same in their respective institutions.
With regard to court cases, TTD JEO advised officials to cooperate with Law department in filing counters and para wise remarks, review with all departments on pending audit objections, DA cases, pensions and promotions.
She also reviewed key departments like board cell, COC, Recruitment, PRO, DA, Transport, Estates, Forest and Accounts wings.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ రెగ్యుల‌ర్ ఉద్యోగుల‌కు స్మార్ట్ కార్డుల జారీ దాదాపు పూర్త‌యింద‌ని, వారంలోపు ఈ ప్ర‌క్రియ మొత్తం పూర్తి చేయాలని సంబంధిత అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. విశ్రాంత ఉద్యోగుల్లో మిగిలిన‌వారికి కూడా మార్చి నెలాఖ‌రు నాటికి స్మార్ట్‌కార్డులు అంద‌జేస్తామ‌న్నారు. ఉద్యోగుల‌కు వివిధ అంశాల్లో నైపుణ్యం పెంచేందుకు శ్వేత‌లో శిక్ష‌ణ ఇవ్వాల్సిన అంశాల‌తో వార్షిక క్యాలెండ‌ర్‌ను రూపొందించాల‌ని సూచించారు. సంక్షేమ విభాగం ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో సంవ‌త్స‌రం పొడ‌వునా నిర్వ‌హించే ముఖ్య‌మైన కార్య‌క్ర‌మాలకు సంబంధించిన అవ‌స‌రాల కోసం ముంద‌స్తుగా ఫైల్ రూపంలో ఉన్న‌తాధికారుల నుండి అనుమ‌తి పొందాల‌న్నారు. టిటిడి విద్యాసంస్థ‌ల‌పై నిత్యం ప‌ర్య‌వేక్ష‌ణ జ‌ర‌గాల‌ని సూచించారు.
కోర్టు కేసుల‌కు సంబంధించి పేరావైజ్ రిమార్స్క్‌, కౌంట‌ర్లు దాఖ‌లు చేయ‌డం త‌దిత‌ర అంశాల‌పై విభాగాధిప‌తులు పూర్తి అవ‌గాహ‌న‌తో లా విభాగం అధికారుల‌కు స‌హ‌కారం అందించాల‌న్నారు. ఆడిట్ అభ్యంత‌రాల పెండింగ్‌పై విభాగాల వారీగా స‌మీక్షించారు. టి అండ్ పి ఆర్టిక‌ల్స్ డిస్పోజ‌ల్‌కు సంబంధించి విభాగాల వారీగా నివేదిక త‌యారు చేయాలని సూచించారు. పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న డిఏ కేసులు, పెన్ష‌న్లు, ప‌దోన్న‌తులపై చ‌ర్చించారు. అనంత‌రం బోర్డు సెల్‌, సివోసి, రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌, పిఆర్వో, డిఏ, ర‌వాణా, ఎస్టేట్‌, అట‌వీ, అకౌంట్స్ త‌దిత‌ర విభాగాల‌పై స‌మీక్షించారు.
