TTD LAUNCHES QR CODE FACILITY FOR TIRUMALA LOCATIONS _ భక్తుల అరచేతిలో తిరుమల మార్గదర్శిని – ఒక చోటి నుంచి మరో చోటికి సులువుగా చేరుకునేలా నూతన ఆవిష్కరణ

TO BE PILOTED ON SRIVARI SEVAKS FOR ENSUING BRAHMOTSAVAMS INITIALLY

Tirumala, 20 September 2022:  Hereafter devotees who are thronging Tirumala from different parts of the country, speaking different lingos need not have to struggle to get proper directions, as TTD has come out with yet another pilgrim-friendly initiative.

TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy reviewed and did a trial-run of this new QR code facility in his camp office on Tuesday which will be initially piloted on Srivari Sevaks who render free services at different places in Tirumala.

Usually, the Srivari Seva volunteers hail from 13 states across the country and especially those coming from Northern and Eastern States feel difficulty in searching the places where they were allotted duty due to the language barrier.

However, this new facility will provide an easy way out to reach the required destination with ease. All they have to do is to scan the QR code on their smart phones and get instant directions to over 40 locations in Tirumala including CRO, Additional EO Office, all cottages, rest houses, laddu counters, Vaikuntam queue complex, Vigilance office, hospitals, Museum, Mutts, Mada streets, police station, luggage and mobile storage units and others.

The TTD EO lauded the new tech initiative developed jointly by TTD Engineering and PR division which is useful for the devotees to a great extent.

The EO also instructed TTD PRO Dr T Ravi to pilot the QR code facility on Srivari Sevaks during the ensuing annual festival which will be of a great help to them to identify and reach their specified service locations to offer services to pilgrims everyday without any confusion and delay.
