Tirupati, 23 January 2024: TTD JEO for (Health and Education) Smt Sada Bhargavi gave a clarion call for spreading Indian traditional culture and arts including music and dance worldwide and empower future generations.
After her inspection at the SV College of Music and Dance on Tuesday the JEO said TTD has pioneered in reviving most of oriental art forms and the faculty, students and officials were striving to elevate the historical Institution into a university.
She called upon students to excel in presenting international shows and said that TTD has been funding several lakhs in providing scholarships to them.
TTD has plans to set up the Music and Dance museum at the old Administrative building behind the Sri Govindaraja Swami temple and that a new hostel for students at a cost of ₹11 crore was also on the anvil, she added.
She said week-long celebrations of the college and Diamond Jubilee fete will be held soon and urged students to to spread the glory of Sri Venkateswara worldwide through their vocal /instrumental music and dance performances.
Chief Audit Officer Sri Sesha Shailendra it was duty of everyone to promote and protect the ancient Indian culture as evinced in Vedic scripts.
He said the Astadasha project at the college level is a major achievement and explained to students the correct method of showcasing our Cultural ethos.
Thereafter the JEO handed over the honorarium of ₹1 lakh to 19 students of SV Dolu and Nadaswaram who had completed 6-year-long diploma courses. The cultural display put up by students was also enthralling.
Earlier the JEO along, with engineering officials inspected all the wings of the institution and also enquired about the facilities given to students.
DEO Sri Bhaskar Reddy, college principal Smt Uma Muddu Bala, faculty members and students were present.

తిరుప‌తి, 23 జ‌న‌వ‌రి 2024: భార‌తీయ పురాతన సంస్కృతి, సాంప్ర‌దాయాలైన సంగీత, నృత్య కళలను విశ్వ‌వ్యాప్తం చేసి, భ‌విష్య‌త్ త‌రాల‌కు అందించాల‌ని జేఈవో శ్రీమతి స‌దా భార్గ‌వి పిలుపునిచ్చారు. తిరుప‌తిలోని ఎస్వీ సంగీత నృత్య క‌ళాశాలను మంగ‌ళ‌వారం జేఈవో అధికారులతో కలిసి ప‌రిశీలించారు.
ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, శ్రీవారి అనుగ్రహంతో టీటీడీ తరతరాలుగా మన పూర్వీకులు అందించిన ప్రాచీన కళ‌లకు ప్రాణం పొస్తున్న గొప్ప సంస్థ అన్నారు. సంగీతం, నృత్యం అతి కష్టమైన, మనస్సుకు దగ్గరగా ఉన్న విద్య అని చెప్పారు. ఎంతో చ‌రిత్ర ఉన్న సంగీత నృత్య కళాశాల, విశ్వ‌విద్యాల‌యం స్థాయికి చేరుకోవ‌డానికి అధ్యాపకులు, విద్యార్థులు కృషి చేయాల‌న్నారు.
అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో అద్భుతమైన ప్రదర్శనలు ఇవ్వాలని విద్యార్థులకు పిలుపునిచ్చారు. కళాశాలలో విద్య‌ను అభ్యసిస్తున్న విద్యార్థులకు టీటీడీ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ రూపంలో లక్ష రూపాయలు అందిస్తొందని చెప్పారు. శ్రీ గోవిందరాజస్వామి ఆలయం వెనుక ఉన్న పాత టీటీడీ పరిపాలన భవనంలో సంగీత, నృత్య మ్యూజియం ఏర్పాటు చేయ‌నున్న‌ట్లు తెలియ‌జేశారు. కళాశాలలోని విద్యార్థుల సౌక‌ర్యార్థం రూ.11 కోట్ల‌తో నూత‌న హాస్ట‌ల్ భ‌వనాల‌ను నిర్మిస్తున్నామ‌న్నారు. కళాశాలలో వ‌జ్రోత్స‌వాలు వారం రోజులు పాటు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఎస్వీ సంగీత, నృత్య కళాశాల విద్యార్థులు త‌మ సంగీత, నృత్య, వాద్య సంగీతంలో శ్రీవారి కీర్తిని విశ్వ‌వ్యాప్తం చేయాల‌ని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
సిఈవో శ్రీ శేష శైలేంద్ర మాట్లాడుతూ, మన వేదాల‌లో ఉన్న పురాతన కళలను కాపాడటం ప్రతి ఒక్కరి బాధ్యత అని తెలిపారు. భారతదేశం భరతనాట్యం, కూచిపూడి తదితర నాట్యాలు సంగీత వాద్య కళ‌ల సమూహమ‌న్నారు. భార‌తీయ జీవన విధానం మన సంస్కృతిపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంద‌ని, మన సంస్కృతి సాంప్ర‌దాయాల‌ను నిలబెట్టిన సనాతన మహర్షులను స్మరించుకోవడం ప్రతి ఒక్కరి బాధ్యత అన్నారు. కళాశాల స్థాయిలోనే అష్టాదశ ప్రాజెక్ట్ రావడం గొప్ప విషమ‌న్నారు. మన వేదాల్లోని సంస్కృతిని క‌ళాకారులు ఏ విధంగా ప్రదర్శించాలి, తదితర అంశాలను వివరించారు.
అనంత‌రం ఎస్వీ డోలు, నాద‌స్వ‌రం పాఠ‌శాల‌లో 6 సంవ‌త్స‌రాల డిప్ల‌మో కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసిన 19 మంది విద్యార్థులకు లక్ష రూపాయలు గౌర‌వ పారితోషికాన్ని జేఈవో విద్యార్థులకు అందించారు. త‌రువాత విద్యార్థులు ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శించిన సాంస్కృతిక కార్య‌క్ర‌మాలు ఎంత‌గానో ఆక‌ట్టుకున్నాయి.
అంతకుముందు జేఈవో, ఇంజనీరింగ్ అధికారులతో కలిసి కళాశాలలోని అన్ని విభాగాలను పరిశీలించి, విద్యార్థులకు అందుతున్న సౌకర్యాలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో డిఈవో శ్రీ భాస్కర్ రెడ్డి, కళాశాల ప్రిన్సిపల్ శ్రీమతి ఉమా ముద్దు బాల, అధ్యాపకులు, విద్యార్థినీ విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
