Tirupati, 21 Dec. 21: TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said on Tuesday that an outsourcing corporation-Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Manpower corporation has been set up to provide job security to all TTD employees working on an outsourcing basis.
At a function organised in the conference hall of the TTD administrative building, He handed over appointment letters to nearly 1000 outsourced employees.
Speaking on the occasion the additional EO said now all outsourced employees working through societies and agencies under the umbrella of corporation will get job security and also Employee ID cards.
He handed over the appointment. Letters of the corporation to over 1000 outsourced employees working in various TTD departments and urged them to work with dedication and discipline for the betterment of the institution.
Nearly 7252 outsourced employees from 75 societies and agencies were working in TTD. Most of the agencies etc. were not making timely payments and also not providing basic facilities and denied social security etc.
The corporation provided ESI-3.2% and PF-13% besides wage scales of Rs.300-500 per day as per skill levels of employees. The new facility also provided direct salary payments without middlemen. It’s and a safety and social security umbrella to all.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా అద‌న‌పు ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ కార్పొరేష‌న్ ద్వారా ఇప్ప‌టి వ‌ర‌కు ఉద్యోగ భ‌ద్ర‌త లేకుండా సొసైటీల్లో, ఏజెన్సీల ద్వారా ప‌ని చేస్తున్న కాంట్రాక్టు ఉద్యోగులకు ఉద్యోగ భ‌ద్ర‌త ఏర్ప‌డుతుంద‌న్నారు. అంతేకాకా కార్పోరేషన్ ఉద్యోగులకు గుర్తింపు కార్డు ఇవ్వ‌నున్న‌ట్లు తెలిపారు.
అనంత‌రం వెయ్యి మంది ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులకు విభాగాల వారిగా కార్పొరేష‌న్‌లో నియ‌మ‌క ప‌త్రాలు అందించి, శుభాకాంక్ష‌లు తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగులు క్ర‌మ‌శిక్ష‌ణ‌గా ప‌నిచేస్తూ సంస్థ అభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేయాల‌ని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
టిటిడిలోని అన్ని విభాగాల్లో వివిధ కేట‌గిరీల్లో 75 సొసైటీలు, ఏజెన్సీల ద్వారా 7,252 మంది ఉద్యోగుల సేవ‌ల‌ను ఉప‌యోగించుకుంటున్న‌ది. సొసైటీలు, ఏజెన్సీలు ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులకు ఆల‌స్యంగా జీతాలు చెల్లించడంతోపాటు స‌రైన స‌దుపాయాలు క‌ల్పించ‌డంలేదు. దీంతో పాటు కొంద‌రు ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులకు సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప్ర‌యోజ‌నాలు ద‌క్క‌డం లేదు.
ఈ నేప‌థ్యంలో ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల సుదీర్ఘ ప్ర‌యోజ‌నాల ర‌క్ష‌ణ కోసం కార్పొరేష‌న్ ద్వారా ఉద్యోగులకు జీతాలు, గ్రాట్యుటీ ఇత‌ర ప్ర‌యోజ‌నాలు క‌ల్పించవ‌చ్చు. ఇందులో హై స్కీల్డ్ రూ.500/-, స్కీల్డ్ – రూ.450/-, సెమీ స్కీల్డ్ – రూ.400/-, అన్ స్కీల్డ్ వారికి – రూ.300/- చొప్పున వారి వేత‌నానికి అద‌నంగా ప్రొత్సాహ‌కం, ఇఎస్ఐ – 3.2%, పిఎఫ్ -13% కార్పోరేషన్ అందిస్తుంది. దీనివ‌ల్ల ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులంద‌రినీ ఒకే గొడుగు కిందికి తెచ్చి, మ‌ధ్య‌వ‌ర్తుల ప్ర‌మేయం లేకుండా నేరుగా జీతాలు చెల్లించడంతోపాటు వారికి సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త కూడా కార్పొరేష‌న్ క‌ల్పింస్తొంది.
