ALL SET FOR SRI VARI ANNUAL TEPPOTSAVAMS_తిరుమలలో సాలకట్ల తెప్పోత్సవాలకు ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి

Tirumala, 24 February 2018: All preparations are complete for the 5-day annual Srivari Teppotsavam slated to begin from February 25 at 7-8 PM. The float used for the festival has been decorated with flowers and electric lights and tested for its capacity on the swami pushkarini.

On Day -1 the utsava idol of Sri Ramachandra along with Sita-Lakshman-Anjaneya will take 3 rounds, On Day-2 the float with Rukmini and Sri Krishna will take three rounds and on Day-3 Feb.27, the float carrying Sri Malayappaswamy with Sri Bhudevi and Sri Sridevi will take three rounds.

On Day-4 and Day-5 of the Teppotsavam on Feb 28 and 29th, the float with Sri Malayappaswamy and his consorts will take five rounds and seven rounds respectively. In view of the celestial festival, the Vasantotsavam scheduled on Feb.25,26th and, Sahasra Deepalankara seva on Feb.27,28th and Arjita Brahmotsavam, Vasantotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara seva on March 1st has been canceled.

GARUDA SEVA ON MARCH 1st CANCELLED

TTD has appealed to the devotees to note that in view of the Teppotsavam, the Garuda Seva slated for March 1 is also cancelled.

తిరుమలలో సాలకట్ల తెప్పోత్సవాలకు ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి

ఫిబ్రవరి 24, తిరుమల, 2018 ;తిరుమలలో శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల తెప్పోత్సవాలకు ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తయ్యాయి. ఫిబ్రవరి 25వ తేదీ ఆదివారం రాత్రి 7 గంటలకు తెప్పోత్సవాలు ప్రారంభంకానున్నాయి. ఇందుకోసం తెప్పను సిద్ధం చేసి విద్యుద్దీపాలతో సర్వాంగసుందరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దారు. స్వామి పుష్కరిణిని అందంగా అలంకరించారు. ప్రతిరోజూ రాత్రి 7 నుంచి 8 గంటల వరకు స్వామి, అమ్మవారు పుష్కరిణిలో ఆనందవిహారం చేస్తారు.

తెప్పోత్సవాల్లో భాగంగా తొలిరోజు శ్రీ సీత లక్ష్మణ ఆంజనేయ సమేతంగా శ్రీరామచంద్ర మూర్తి తెప్పలపై పుష్కరిణిలో మూడు చుట్లు తిరిగి భక్తులకు కనువిందు చేస్తారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 26న రెండో రోజు రుక్మిణీ సమేత శ్రీకృష్ణస్వామివారు మూడుసార్లు విహరిస్తారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 27న మూడో రోజు శ్రీభూ సమేతంగా మలయప్పస్వామివారు మూడుసార్లు, ఫిబ్రవరి 28న నాలుగో రోజు ఐదుసార్లు, చివరిరోజు మార్చి 1వ తేదీన ఏడుసార్లు తెప్పపై పుష్కరిణిలో విహరించి భక్తులను కటాక్షిస్తారు.

ఆర్జితసేవలు రద్దు :

తెప్పోత్సవాల నేపథ్యంలో ఫిబ్రవరి 25, 26వ తేదీల్లో వసంతోత్సవం, సహస్రదీపాలంకార సేవ, ఫిబ్రవరి 27, 28, మార్చి 1వ తేదీల్లో ఆర్జిత బ్రహ్మూెత్సవం, వసంతోత్సవం, సహస్రదీపాలంకార సేవలను టిటిడి రద్దు చేసింది.

మార్చి 1న పౌర్ణమి గరుడసేవ రద్దు :

తెప్పోత్సవాల సందర్భంగా మార్చి 1వ తేదీన జరగాల్సిన పౌర్ణమి గరుడ సేవను టిటిడి రద్దు చేసింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని భక్తులు గమనించాలని కోరడమైనది.
