Tiruchanur, 22 November 2017: The stage is set ready to observe the big event, Panchami Theertham at Tiruchanoor, with which the Navahnika Karthika Brahmotsavams will conclude on a grand religious note on Thursday.

In connection with this, Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar along with CVSO Sri A Ravikrishna, SE Sri Sriramulu and other officers inspected the arrangements at Padma Sarovaram on Wednesday morning after Rathotsavam. He instructed that TTD Vigilance and Security along with District Police should ensure foolproof security arrangements for the safety of the devotees. ASPs Sri Swamy, Sri Murali Krishna, Additional CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, SE Sri Ramulu were also present.

PANCHAMI TEERTHA CHAKRA SNANAM AT 11:48AM

The Muhurat for Panchami Theertham has been fixed at 11:48am in the advent of Uttarashadha star in the auspicious Makara Lagnam where the temple priests perform the Tirumanjanam to processional deities of Ammavaru and Chakrattalwar in the finely decorated Panchami Theertha Mandapam.

Later the Chakras Snanam is performed to the holy disc in the Padma Sarovaram. Tens of thousands of devotees will be waiting in the sacred waters since early hours to have a dip in the temple tank along with Chakrattalwar.

TTD has made elaborate security arrangements in co-operation with district police for the big day. The exit and entry points are also clearly earmarked to see that no untoward incident takes place during the mega event.

SIGNIFICANCE LASTS ENTIRE DAY

As the significance of Panchami Theertham remains the entire day, the pilgrims are requested by TTD to co-operate with the management and to maintain patience while taking holy dip in waters all through the day.

తిరుపతి, 2017 నవంబరు 22: తిరుచానూరు శ్రీ పద్మావతి అమ్మవారి కార్తీక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో చివరి రోజైన నవంబరు 23వ తేదీన జరుగనున్న పంచమీ తీర్థం ఏర్పాట్లపై బుధవారం ఉదయం తిరుచానూరులోని ఆస్థానమండపంలో టిటిడి తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌ నిఘా మరియు భద్రతా విభాగం అధికారులు, పోలీసులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ పంచమీ తీర్థం నిర్వహణకు అమ్మవారి పద్మపుష్కరిణిని సిద్ధం చేసి ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేసినట్టు తెలిపారు. భక్తులు సంయమనం పాటించి పోలీసు, టిటిడి విజిలెన్స్‌ అధికారులకు సహకరించి తోపులాటలు జరుగకుండా సహకరించాలని కోరారు. సమస్యాత్మక ప్రాంతాలను ముందుగానే గుర్తించి తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని జెఈవో సూచించారు. భక్తుల కోసం పుష్కరిణిలో 11 ప్రవేశమార్గాలు, 17 నిష్క్రమణమార్గాలు ఏర్పాటుచేశామని, ఇక్కడ భద్రతపరంగా పటిష్ట చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. భక్తులు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో విచ్చేసే అవకాశం ఉండడంతో తితిదే విజిలెన్స్‌ సిబ్బంది పోలీసులతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని కట్టుదిట్టంగా భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలన్నారు.

పుష్కరిణిలో మొదటిసారి స్నానం చేసి వెలుపలికి వచ్చే సమయంలో, స్నానం కోసం భక్తులు పుష్కరిణిలోకి ప్రవేశించే సమయంలో అప్రమత్తంగా ఉంటే ఎలాంటి తోపులాటకు ఆస్కారం ఉండదని జెఈవో తెలిపారు. ఉదయం 11.48 నిమిషాలకు చక్రస్నానం కార్యక్రమాన్ని శాస్త్రోక్తంగా నిర్వహించనున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. పంచమీ తీర్థం ప్రభావం ఆ రోజంతా ఉంటుందని, భక్తులు సంయమనంతో వ్యవహరించి పుణ్యస్నానాలు ఆచరించాలన్నారు. తిరుచానూరు రోడ్డులోని శిల్పారామం, దాని ఎదురుగా గల ఖాళీ స్థలం, మార్కెట్‌ యార్డు, పూడి రోడ్డులో వాహనాల పార్కింగ్‌ ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టామన్నారు. భక్తులకు ప్రాధాన్యమిచ్చి ఉద్యోగులు 2 గంటల తరువాత పుష్కరిణిలో స్నానాలు ఆచరించాలని జెఈవో కోరారు.

టిటిడి సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ ఆకే రవికృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ పంచమీతీర్థం రోజున విజిలెన్స్‌, పోలీసులు భక్తుల పట్ల సహనం, సంయమనంతో వ్యవహరించాలని కోరారు. అనుమానితులను ఎక్కడికక్కడ కట్టడి చేయాలన్నారు. భక్తులను క్రమపద్ధతిలో పుష్కరిణిలోకి అనుమతించాలని సూచించారు. పుష్కరిణిలో ఎలాంటి ప్రమాదాలు జరగకుండా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. 300 మంది టిటిడి విజిలెన్స్‌, సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బంది, 100 మంది స్కౌట్స్‌ అండ్‌ గైడ్స్‌, 500 మంది శ్రీవారి సేవకులు భక్తులకు సేవలందిస్తారని తెలిపారు.

ఏఎస్పీ శ్రీ ఎంవిఎస్‌.స్వామి మాట్లాడుతూ 1500 మంది పోలీసులతో పటిష్టమైన బందోబస్తు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్నారు. తిరుచానూరులోకి వాహనాలు రాకుండా బయటినుంచే దారి మళ్లించి ట్రాఫిక్‌ ఏర్పాట్లు చేపడతామన్నారు. నిర్దేశించిన ప్రాంతాల్లోనే వాహనాలను పార్క్‌ చేసి సహకరించాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన భక్తులను కోరారు.

ఈ సమావేశంలో తిరుమల ఏఎస్పీ శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణ, డిఎస్పీ శ్రీ మునిరామయ్య, అదనపు సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ శివకుమార్‌రెడ్డి, ఆలయ ప్రత్యేకశ్రేణి డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ మునిరత్నంరెడ్డి ఇతర విభాగాల అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
